I started training in 2016 with GMSMA, after sitting watching my children training in their classes for a few years. It started just with one child but within 6 months they had all joined, then my wife and I got involved 

I always loved how there were kids of assistants in the kids classes and could see the benefit for the students. I began assisting in classes in 2018.

I’ve always enjoyed the challenge of training in martial arts, especially starting a little later than most. I’ve competed a few times and have recently started focusing more on umpiring at our events.

I love training and always try attend as many workshops and seminars as I can under the guidance of GM Sutherland and more recently under the guidance of Master Thompson VIII.
