Black belt promotions

1st Degree – September 2018 – ITFHQ

I began training at GMSMA as a Kicking Kid. I made friends and found something I really enjoyed doing. As a youngster I enjoyed the fun and play in the kids classes but GM Sutherland was always instilling the black belt skills I would need as I progressed into the teens and adult classes. I competed as a junior and enjoyed the experience and the medals . I worked hard as a teenager to get ready for black belt as was delighted to achieve my 1st degree under GM Sutherland in September 2018.

I now enjoy helping the little ones in our Kids Classes and giving something back to the gym.
