I went along to our local Taekwondo class in 2002 and it ignighted my passion for Taekwondo. I was promoted to 1st degree Black Belt (Boosabum) by the father of European Taekwondo First Grand Master Rhee in 2007. I began assisting as a blue belt in my local club and have continued to teach ever since.

I joined GM Sutherland in 2010, where I continued my training and assiting in Kids Classes and adult classes. I was delighted to assits GM Sutherland when she travelled to the USTF Summer Camp to teach on 2018.

I competed as a colour belt in the UKTA and as a senior I have helped umpire at various national and international tournaments.
